Spacious communal areas: The lounge, courtyard, kitchen, balconies, and nooks for reading are like different chapters in a book. I felt like I could explore and find a new adventure every time I entered a different area.

The Nunnery is my go-to place in Melbourne. I keep coming back because it's simple, friendly and they helped me with an early check-in. With Wi-Fi, a kitchen, games, and more, it suits me perfectly. See you at Christmas!

I had a great experience at this unique place, located in an old nunnery. the fresh style and preserved parts of the building added to its charm. I especially loved the outdoor staircase leading to the terrace with a breathtaking view. the rooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable enough. Although there was no receptionist available after 1 am, a simple phone call solved the issue. the location was excellent and for the price of a bunk in a shared room, it exceeded my expectations.
I highly recommend Nunnery Accommodation. Cons: Nothing could have been better.

the location is quite convenient, with a tram station just outside. the rooms were clean and comfortable enough for a solo traveler. there were some downsides. the showers had a low pressure and hot water was sometimes insufficient. the accommodation felt old and outdated, with broken bed frames and stuck doors. While the staff tried to be helpful, the overall experience fell short of expectations.

We had a great stay at a hostel in Melbourne. The community feel was amazing and the staff provided fantastic service. The location was perfect, with a tram station right outside. The breakfast, especially the Pancake Sunday, was delicious. Although the furniture was a bit dated, it was expected for a hostel. I highly recommend this accommodation.

I stayed at The Nunnery for a few hours during the night, and the reception staff was incredibly helpful, allowing me to check in early and store my bags for the day. The beautiful building in Fitzroy is conveniently located near a tram stop and just a short walk to Brunswick St. The bed was comfortable and clean, and the bathrooms were decent for a hostel. The hostel is perfect for solo travelers, with lots of social events and a friendly atmosphere. The rooms are a decent size with plenty of storage, and the free breakfast and 24/7 coffee/tea/hot chocolate are great budget-friendly perks. The location is ideal for CBD exploration, thrift store shopping, and cheap food options.
Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

The accommodation is in a great location, with a tram station right outside and walking distance to Woolworths. the staff are very friendly and helpful, even accommodating last-minute changes to bookings. the rooms are spacious and clean, with plenty of plug sockets and even a TV in some. the bathrooms, although unisex, are homely and have a bath for added convenience.
The noise curfew is not strictly enforced, and some guests were talking loudly in the hallways late at night, disturbing other guests.

We had a great stay at this hostel, especially considering we were there for a long period. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, and the large living area was a nice common space. We also discovered a newer shower block, a pleasant surprise. we would recommend this hostel for longer stays.

We had a fantastic stay at Nunnery Accommodation! the location was perfect, with Melbourne's best attractions just a short walk away. the four bed female room was spacious and had plenty of storage options for our belongings. the staff at reception were incredibly helpful, allowing us to check in early and store our bags for the day. it felt like a home away from home, with a friendly atmosphere and great facilities such as a common room, kitchen, and activities. We especially enjoyed the free daily breakfast and fun pub crawls. Thank you for an amazing stay!
